Since liberalization of the German energy market we are active in this industry. Our consultants combine sound economic background with excellent understanding of technical and business processes of electricity networks and energy management and the appropriate requirements and conditions for IT-infrastructure.

Main focus of our work in Germany are projects for IT-technical realization of so-called “Market Processes” (e.g. GPKE, GeLi, MaBiS) for all market roles, especially for DSOs, Supplier, Balance Responsible Parties). We understand market processes in a comprehensive way combining responsibilities and dependencies of all market roles. We provide proficient and long-term practical experience in the most commonly used software (e.g. robotron, Kisters, SAP).

Furthermore, we provide workshops and trainings about topics of the Energy Market and Energy Efficiency Technologies.

IT Project manager

We support our client, a leading metering system operator, as a project manager in redesign and further development of the IT-System, which facilitates the Smart Meter Rollout.

2018

Coaching and Training

We supported our client, to enable a energy supply service team to fulfil their daily operational duties according to the German market rules. Furthermore, we trained this team in duties, reponsibilities and depedencies of frame contracts and market data exchange for all market roles in the German energy market.

2018 - 2019

Project manager for redesign and implementation according to new Energy Market Design (MaKo2020)

For our client, the leading TSO in Germany, we supported the redesign and implementation phase of the software, which enables the market data exchange for all market roles in the German energy market (MaKo 2020).

For our client, a medium sized municipal utility, we designed and delivered workshops about duties, reponsibilities and depedencies of frame contracts and market data exchange for all market roles in the German energy market.

For our client, a medium sized, national service provider, we have supervised and implemented various projects over three years, reorganized the team responsible for energy data management and introduced and trained new team members. We established a new business process for energy forecast, balancing management and settlement for the market roles supplier and balance responsible party and acted as key account for the largest client of the service provider. Furthermore, the existing software components (robotron esales) a have been improved and enabled for additional functionalities.
